Instructions On How To Post Your Reserve List Moves

In this forum every team should create a thread and post their roster moves in it.
The players on reserve should be clearly listed and any players you have called up from the farm during the Oct free look should be as well.
Any time you make a move please make a new post in your team thread.
For reserve players any player on reserve for our 1st game is deemed to have been on reserve for 7 days so can be moved back to active right away.
Farm players can move between active and the farm without restriction and there is no 7 day waiting period.
