Pkdealers/shootloose conditional

based on trade from jan 16th.2026. shootloose gets greaseballs first. if that first ends up being the number one pick then additional stuff moves hands.
pkdeakers then get 2027-28 shootloose 2nd and $0.25. and shootloose gets $0.25 in 2028-29
