Conditional Greaseballs PkDealers trade clause

PkDealers acquire Greaseballs 2026-27 first.
If the first ends up being the number 1 pick lottery winner then PKDealers also send 2028-29 first to greaseballs

Greaseballs pick did not win the lottery, so sadly no extra value to add.
