If Pkdealers 20-21 first ends up being a lottery pick then the following will happen

For 2023-24
Pkdealers get Mustangs 2nd (can not be traded until end of 2019-20 season)
Mustangs get Pkdealers 1st (can not be traded until end of 2019-20 season)

As per October 10th trade, the following condition will be removed.
