This spreadsheet has 5 tabs.

Forwards who played in the NHL last season who aren't currently on an AHL team.
Defense who played in the NHL last season who aren't currently on an AHL team.
Available Goalies
Forwards who were dropped from AHL team's active rosters.
Defense who were dropped from AHL team's active rosters.

On the first 2 tabs notice that the listed NHL team is the team they played on last season and there are players there listed more than once since they played on more than one team.

On the last 2 tabs hopefully most of the player's NHL teams are their current teams.
